We’re so excited for our epic 2023 Answers VBS, Keepers of the Kingdom: Standing Strong in Today’s Battle for Truth. This armor of God themed VBS will equip children with the tools they need to be discerning, knowing truth from error amid the battle for their hearts raging around us.

What will children learn through the teaching, drama, crafts, science experiments, games, snacks, and fun of this Answers VBS program?
Every day, our kids are bombarded with lies through school, social media, TV programs, and movies about who they are, where they come from, who their creator is, and where their salvation is found. They’ll discover that we’re in a battle between the truth of God’s Word and the lies they hear from the world. But God has given his children armor to wear in this battle
During VBS week, children will discover what this armor is and how to use it. They’ll be equipped to think biblically so they can see through the enemy’s lies and hold fast to truth as they fight the good fight for Christ.
Children will learn:
- We’re in a battle between two kingdoms
- How to become part of God’s good kingdom through faith in his Son
- What the pieces of the armor of God are and what they represent
- There is absolute truth that’s for all people, all times, and all circumstances
- To put on what’s right (Jesus’ righteousness) . . . and do right
- To guard against false teaching and temptations
- To be ready to give an answer for the hope they have
- To be “keepers of the kingdom”
